My research is mainly focused on the best strategies we can apply, using machine learning, to uncover the correlation between specific mutagen events or chemotherapy treatments and the relative mutational signatures. I apply different machine learning algorithms to further our knowledge of the biological processes responsible for the etiology of cancer.
